Upgrade Term :

• Customers can upgrade their SPSS older version (up to 3 version earlier).
  Upgrading from version 20 or earlier will require purchasing a new version of SPSS Statistics .
• Upgrading costs 60% of the current initial purchasing price.
• The annual maintenance costs 20% of the current initial purchasing price.
• Free upgrade is provided during the maintenance period.

Initial purchase includes one year maintenance.
Technical support is provided only during the maintenance period.

Customer have to proof that they have prior license of SPSS.
