In Adira Finance, we have extensively employed the products and services of SPSS Indonesia and until now are very pleased not only with the results but with the excellent relationship between the two companies.

First of all, we have used SPSS  Clementine to develop applicant, behavior and collection risk scores.  These scores will drive our credit approval, cross-sell iniatives, and will allow us to improve collection effectiveness and efficiency by implementing risk-based collection strategies.  In all of these projects, the  results  have been robust, timely and very cost-effective. We will continue to use  SPSS Clementine going forward, as we need to redevelop many more models. 

Secondly, we use  SPSS Clementine as a tool to perform  a  very detailed portfolio analysis.  With a 1.2 million  account portfolio,  SPSS Clementine is an ideal tool to segment portfolio performance, and identify areas of risk and opportunity within the porfolio that allows the business to take appropriate action and improve product profitability.
