First, you have to check your dongle installed properly. If it is still doesn’t work, check your BIOS of your computer, if it disabled the parallel port function on your computer and try to check that its parallel port working properly.

After that you can checked several following problem :

1.      Your dongle driver is not installed properly, you can re-install the dongle driver ( in CD SPSS folder Sentinel –System driver ) or download the newest driver from : http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp
SPSS use “Sentinel Super Pro” dongle.

2.      for AMOS 4.0 and 5.0 have to use parallel Dongle, SPSS Clementine have to use “red dongle” ( clementine v.9.0 has to patch into v.9.0.6)
